One Stop Development Agency focuses on Kenya’s 23 ASALs Counties, which together cover approximately 82% of the country’s landmass. We are currently active in:
Wajir, Garissa, Mandera, Isiolo, Marsabit, and Kajiado.
The ASALs region is broadly categorized into four livelihood zones:
- Zone One: Pastoral North-West (NW) – Turkana, Samburu, Marsabit, Isiolo
- Zone Two: Pastoral North-East (NE) – Mandera, Wajir, Garissa, Tana River
- Zone Three: Coastal Marginal Agriculture (CMA) – Lamu
- Zone Four: Agro-Pastoral Cluster (APC) – West Pokot, Narok
