His background spans humanitarian work, public service, and broadcast media, including Kirk Television and Mediamax. Gordon is adept at stakeholder engagement, team training, and digital collaboration tools. He holds a Master’s and Bachelor’s in International Studies from the University of Nairobi and is pursuing postgraduate studies in Migration.

proficiency with PR and branding acumen to produce high-quality media. Adept at leading
creative teams, he oversees end-to-end production—from concept development to final
broadcast—ensuring content that informs, inspires, and drives measurable results. Passionate
about innovative storytelling, he is committed to crafting media experiences that resonate
with audiences and elevate brands.
Abduqafar Hillow Hassan

BACKGROUND EXPERIENCE
Abduqafar Hassan is a communications expert with over 5 years’ experience in storytelling and strategic communications, particularly in hard-to-reach areas. He has worked with development partners to highlight community impact and advocate for marginalized groups, including ostracized mothers from the Gabbra community. His research explores stigma and resilience, and he has led youth empowerment initiatives in Northern Kenya focused on skills development and peacebuilding. Hassan also amplifies NGO voices through documentary production and community engagement. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Journalism from USIU–Africa.
Mrs. Meimuna Mohamed Abdikeir

BACKGROUND EXPERIENCE
Meimuna Abdikeir is an Own Source Revenue Expert with over 11 years of experience working with the Commission on Revenue Allocation on matters of devolution, public finance and own source revenue. She holds a Masters Degree in Commerce and is a member of ICPAK and Tax Administration Diagnostic Assessment Tool (TADAT) Certified. She supported county governments enhance their revenue generation through revenue administration reforms and is an expert at estimating the revenue potential for county governments.
William Mushivochi

William is a Creative Director & Communication Strategist. He generates content and develops concepts that give faces to brand identities, themed campaigns and promotions for start ups, small and middle sized enterprises, corporate organizations, NGOs, IGOs and County Governments. William assists organizations in grasping the concept of information architecture while embracing aesthetics and functionality.

Blair Nyagaka is a versatile media and communications expert specializing in climate journalism, digital storytelling, and strategic branding. As a Digital Communications Consultant at Oval Foods Forum, Blair drives campaigns on climate-smart agriculture and brand visibility across Africa, with experience working with UNEA, the African Union, and IGAD. They have led communications for SMACHS Foundation, founded Reznick Creators Hub for creative design solutions, and hold a BA in Broadcast Production from the University of Nairobi. Combining technical skills in WordPress, SEO, and multimedia with a passion for youth empowerment, Blair is also developing a Climate Smart Classroom in Nairobi to promote agricultural resilience.

CPA John Mbugua is a systematic auditor with over 8 years of experience in financial risk assessment, data analysis, and asset protection. Skilled in reviewing accounting transactions and identifying data patterns, he combines expertise in modern auditing techniques with a strong focus on accuracy and efficiency. John is the Managing Partner and CEO of MJM & Company, a firm he founded and currently leads. He holds an MSc in Accounting & Finance from the University of Nairobi, is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA-K) from Limuru Institute of Technology, and has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration & Management as well as a Certified Investment & Finance Analyst certification from St. Paul’s University.
